Dr. Kuldeep Singh graduated from King George's Medical College in 1992 and completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Long Island College Hospital, New York. He finished fellowship in Geriatric Medicine from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences and has been in practice since 2001.

Dr. Singh is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with vast experience in care of adult and elderly patients in different settings including office, assisted living, Memory Care Facilities and Hospitals. Dr. Singh is also specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of Hypertension, Diabetes, Cholesterol/Lipids, Allergy, Asthma, and Thyroid Disease. He has a special interest in Preventive Cardiology and Wellness Care, and specialize in chronic disease management. He is currently serving as Medical Director of Magnolia Assisted Living and Memory Care, Plano and Silverado Hospice Dallas-Fort Worth while maintaining a full time office practice in Plano, Texas.
Dr. Singh is personable, pleasant and courteous and is very passionate and dedicated towards care of his patients.
